ACT-ESL: Training>Building Professional Learning Communities
Professional Learning Communities are the third stage of our 3-tiered training which includes Summer Institute, Technical Assistants, and Building of Professional Learning Communities. The Professional Learning Communities provide opportunities and venues to share developed resources and teaching skills through peer-coaching, an annual teaching demonstration fair, conference presentations and workshops, and classroom action research.
